What's inside the QR code?
An opaque, revocable token and nothing else. Contact IDs, emails, phone numbers, and membership numbers never appear in the code.
What happens if HubSpot is unreachable during check-in?
Scans validate against a local snapshot, so check-in keeps working. Confirmed check-ins sync back to HubSpot once it's reachable again.
How do members receive their pass?
Each pass has a URL exposed on the contact. Your existing HubSpot workflows and emails deliver it — Passetta doesn't send email or SMS itself.
